Job summary

KPMG Bahrain is seeking a People & Change Professional to join the Risk Consulting team. The role focuses on managing and delivering HR and people transformation engagements, including technology-enabled transformation.

It requires engaging with senior stakeholders, managing projects, and driving adoption across client organisations. Responsibilities include advising on HR operating models, assessing impact of technology on people and processes, and leading change management activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Capital Management, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration with an HR specialisation, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional qualification or certification in project management and/or change management.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
• CIPD, SHRM or equivalent HR professional qualification.
• Formal training or certification in a major HR technology / HCM platform would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and people transformation engagements from assessment, design through implementation and adoption.
• Advise clients on HR operating models, process redesign, digital HR, employee experience and HR technology opportunities.
• Assess the impact of technology and transformation on people, processes and ways of working, translating into practical interventions.
• Apply project management disciplines across transformation programmes, including planning, governance, risks and quality.
• Lead change management activities including readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications and training.
• Build trusted relationships with senior HR, business and technology stakeholders and facilitate workshops to shape solutions.
• Manage engagement scope, resources, timelines, budgets, risks and ensure delivery to objectives.
• Lead and coach engagement teams, providing direction and development support.
• Develop client and market relationships, identify opportunities, and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
• Collaborate across Risk Consulting and Advisory disciplines to develop integrated solutions.
