Job summary

APM Terminals Bahrain seeks a Head of Lean & Business Transformation Strategy to coach leadership, drive Way of Working implementation, and coordinate national projects and KBSP 2030 growth initiatives. You will anchor change management, enable capability building, and ensure progress reporting with cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires leading diverse teams, facilitating strategic initiatives, and maintaining alignment with corporate policies and HSSE procedures.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in management consulting or transformation roles.
• 3-5 years in program management / continuous improvement or logistics & terminals operating systems.
• PM certification; Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience in container terminals is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coach and manage leadership behavioral change per Way of Working program.
• Coordinate local implementation of Way of Working elements and annual project plan.
• Drive local and global improvements implementation.
• Provide timely progress reports on progress, issues and risks.
• Develop collaborations and training across terminal functions.
