Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of senior management experience.
• Proven track record in profit and loss management.
• Experience in Bahrain or Arabian Gulf region preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business/management or finance; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic leadership across Bahrain and the Gulf region.
• Direct daily operations, establish SOPs, and improve internal efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization to support profitability.
• Identify revenue opportunities, expand market partnerships, and negotiate deals.
• Lead and mentor department managers to drive performance and growth.
• Ensure compliance with Bahraini labor laws, commercial regulations, and safety standards.

Job description

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute corporate strategies across the Kingdom of Bahrain and the surrounding region.

Operational Excellence: Direct daily operations, establish standard operating procedures, and enhance internal efficiency.

Financial Governance: Oversee annual budgeting, financial forecasting, profit and loss management, and cost optimization.

Business Growth: Identify revenue opportunities, expand market partnerships, and negotiate commercial agreements.

Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing department managers to foster operational excellence.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Kingdom of Bahrain labor laws, commercial legislation, and safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or Finance (Master of Business Administration preferred).

Experience: Eight to ten years of senior management experience, preferably within the Kingdom of Bahrain or Arabian Gulf region.

Expertise: Proven track record in profit and loss management, strategic execution, and Bahrain commercial regulatory practices.

Languages: Full professional fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
