Job summary

APM Terminals Bahrain seeks a Head of Lean & Business Transformation Strategy to coach leadership, drive change, and coordinate local execution of Lean initiatives. The role focuses on standardizing processes, implementing the operating system, and leading Kaizen and TWI programs while aligning with the KBSP 2030 Growth Strategy.

The successful candidate will inspire the transformation team, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of improvement programs and metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting or transformation roles.
• Proven track record leading change and cross-functional programs.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coach lean culture across the Bahrain organization.
• Coordinate local implementation of Way of Working elements and Kaizen activities.
• Lead the annual project plan for APM Bahrain and align with Growth Strategy KBSP 2030.
• Provide timely reporting on progress, risks and actions to management.
• Develop and mentor the transformation team and ensure capability building.
