Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Vice President - Real Estate, Fund Administration to oversee real estate fund administration, client relationships and regulatory reporting. The role requires coordinating NAV calculations, onboarding new funds, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting across SSAE 18/ISAE 3402 controls.

You will manage audits, responses to queries, and drive continuous process improvements. Based in Bahrain, the role offers strategic leadership within a global, expanding asset-servicing

Qualifications

• Holds a professional accounting qualification with strong academic background.
• Ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment.
• Capacity to problem-solve and handle complex issues.
• Independent worker with initiative; self-starter.
• Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, Macros.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NAV calculations and ensure delivery within agreed timeframes.
• Onboard new funds and oversee regulatory reporting requirements.
• Attend meetings discussing NAV calculations and financial statements.
• Calculate and process capital calls and distributions.
• Maintain SSAE 18/ISAE 3402 controls and client enquiries.
• Review payments, financial statements, and regulatory reports.
• Interact with auditors and respond to audit queries.
• Monitor administration fees and debtors; drive process improvements.
• Lead and train staff; oversee AML-related risk assessments.
