Apex is seeking a proactive individual to manage Fund Administration services for Real Asset funds in Manama, Bahrain. You will coordinate and manage all administration functions related to specific clients, including client reporting and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role incorporating the above functions.
• Professional degree in accounting or finance.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements of Real Estate funds.

Responsibilities

• Manage production of client quarterly and annual reporting.
• Perform reviews of client quarterly and annual reporting.
• Ensure reporting deliverables are produced to a high standard.
• Oversee clients audit process.
• Review FATCA CRS returns and oversee filing process.

Skills

5-8 years of relevant experience

Knowledge of Real Estate fund structures

Understanding of regulatory requirements
