Job summary

The Apex Group in Bahrain seeks a Senior Fund Administrator to join the Real Asset fund administration team. You will coordinate and manage all administration functions for a group of clients, ensuring timely reporting and robust controls.

You will produce and review quarterly and annual reporting, oversee audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory and FATCA/CRS requirements, delivering high-quality service to clients and maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in accounting or finance.
• 5–8 years in a similar fund administration role.
• Knowledge of real estate fund structures and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to grasp and implement new knowledge quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage administration functions for a group of clients.
• Produce and review client quarterly and annual reporting and related accounting activities.
• Ensure deliverables meet accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee client audit processes and FATCA/CRS reporting.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure timely deliverables.
