Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in software development.
• Four years of related work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate business value to their team(s), stakeholders, and customers.
• Excellent facilitation, accountability, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate as a change agent, influences and drives improvements at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Participates as strategic product representative in end-to-end sales process and contributes to the development of specific opportunities.
• Defines value propositions and long term solution strategies for specific opportunities to assist sales in progressing deals.
• Identifies customer requirements and develops account plans, value propositions, and long-term solution adoption strategies.
• Collaborates with market product managers, product marketing, and cross-functional teams to define differentiators for ACI solutions.
• Develops ROI calculators and value propositions to support business cases for customers.
