Job summary

Zain Bahrain seeks a Roaming Products and Services Consultant to shape and accelerate the commercial performance of roaming passes and eSIM products. This temporary consultancy collaborates across Consumer Products, Wholesale, Digital, Finance, and external partners to grow revenue, profitability, and customer experience.

You will own pricing, market coverage, analytics, and go-to-market execution while coordinating with multiple teams to deliver a scalable travel connectivity proposition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, Finance, Economics or a relevant field.
• 8–10 years of experience in telecom, roaming, digital products, eSIM, product management or commercial strategy.
• Proven experience advising on roaming propositions, digital travel products, international eSIM or adjacent connectivity services.
• Proven track record in product commercialization, pricing, business cases, revenue and margin optimization, go-to-market execution and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated strategy and product roadmap for Zain Roaming Passes and eSIM roaming products.
• Define market positioning, segments and roles to maximize cross-sell across the portfolio.
• Own commercial performance reviews: revenue, gross margin, activations, ARPU, CAC.
• Prepare annual business plans, forecasts, budgets and targets with corrective actions.
• Lead go-to-market planning for launches, enhancements and campaigns.
