Develop digital acquisition and conversion plans across the Zain App, websites, paid media, social channels, CRM and other channels.

Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys, including discovery, purchase, eSIM installation, activation, payment, usage monitoring, renewal and support.

Identify operational and customer pain points and coordinate with Technology, Digital, Customer Care and vendors to resolve them within agreed timelines.

Develop lifecycle and contextual engagement journeys, including pre-travel recommendations, arrival triggers, allowance alerts, renewal, cross-sell and win-back campaigns.

Establish dashboards and recurring performance reports, providing management with actionable insights, risks, opportunities and recommendations.

Analyze product, market and customer cohorts to improve conversion, usage, retention, repeat purchase, revenue and profitability.

Support the development and management of strategic partnerships with airlines, airports, travel platforms, insurers, payment providers and lifestyle partners.

Monitor service performance and key operational KPIs, including provisioning, payment success, activation success, service availability, complaints and SLA adherence.

Ensure products, campaigns and customer communications comply with regulatory, legal, data privacy, fraud-control and internal governance requirements.

Transfer knowledge, document processes and provide guidance to internal teams, while performing other related assignments requested by Senior Management.

Education and Experience
