FVM in Manama invites an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our restaurant operations across outlets, drive guest satisfaction, optimize profitability, and uphold health and safety standards.

You’ll direct front- and back-of-house teams, manage budgets, improve processes, and play a key role in openings and growth while building a high-performance culture focused on hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading restaurant operations, ideally in a high-volume or multi-outlet environment.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, budgeting, cost control, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while creating a positive and accountable culture.
• Strong understanding of guest experience, food quality, service standards, and operational compliance.
• Data-driven approach to KPIs, performance improvement, and decision-making.
• Proactive mindset to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities, teams, and operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Genuine passion for hospitality, people, and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Drive to take ownership, challenge the status quo, and help grow and scale the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across front-of-house, back-of-house, staffing, inventory, and quality control.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth.
• Lead process improvements, support new openings, and contribute to profitability and growth.
