Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting financial targets and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, and customer service.
• Hire, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Create schedules and assign duties to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant to meet health and safety standards.
