Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff, inventory, and finances.
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Train, schedule and motivate employees to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor food quality and consistency in taste and presentation.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain records of inventory, sales and expenses.
