Job summary

GlobalProcure in Bahrain seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, staff oversight, and customer service excellence.

You will ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance, assist with hiring and training, oversee opening/closing, scheduling, inventory, and collaborate with the kitchen to create specials while helping manage budgeting and revenue generation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in hiring, training, and managing staff
• Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and scheduling
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or specials
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation
