As a Restaurant Manager at our upscale dining establishment in Dar Kulaib, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. Your main duties will include managing and training staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining a profitable business. We are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about the food and beverage industry, has excellent leadership skills, and is able to handle a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, and budgeting
• Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and maintain our company standards
• Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
• Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards
• Develop strategies to increase profitability and attract new customers

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
