Job summary

Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain seeks an Assistant Reservation & Communication Manager to oversee internal and external reservation service quality, drive revenue opportunities with hotel reservation teams, and monitor automated reservations for capacity and performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in hospitality reservations, a Bachelor’s in Hotel Management, and strong PMS knowledge; lead people management, training, and monthly KPI reporting to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a Reservation role or similar in hospitality.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel management from a recognized university.
• Excellent knowledge of PMS Systems.
• Qualification in Revenue Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and KPI objectives.
• Work with hotel reservation teams to maximize revenue and reduce inefficiencies.
• Attend reservations meetings and share insights on performance and trends.
• Monitor automated reservation services to ensure capacity and resolve issues.
• Follow up on guest complaints and coordinate with other departments for solutions.
• Train new colleagues in the department and hotels.
• Oversee people management, development, targets, reviews, and performance.
• Complete monthly KPI reporting to the Director of Reservations and Director of Revenue.
