Job summary

Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain is seeking a Reservation & Communication Manager to lead internal and external reservations service delivery, optimize revenue, and monitor performance.

The role requires 6–8 years in Reservations or a similar hospitality function, with a Bachelor’s in Hotel Management and PMS proficiency. Training, cost control, and cross-department collaboration are key. Bahrain-based, competitive tax-free salary in BHD.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Reservations/ similar role in hospitality.
• Excellent knowledge of PMS Systems.
• Qualification in Revenue Management (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of internal and external service, quality and commercial KPIs.
• Collaborate with hotel reservation teams to maximise revenue and reduce inefficiencies.
• Attend reservations meetings and share insights on performance and trends.
• Monitor automated reservation services to ensure capacity and resolve issues.
• Monitor guest complaints and coordinate with other departments for solutions.
• Plan and schedule training for new colleagues in the department and hotels.
• Oversee people management including development, target setting and reviews.
• Prepare monthly KPI reporting for leadership in Reservations and Revenue.
