Job summary

Assetara Limited is seeking a Talent Scout for a fully remote role. You will actively source, engage, and screen high-potential candidates to contribute to the growth of our AI‑fintech ecosystem.

Responsibilities include direct sourcing, candidate engagement, and conducting 15–20 minute first‑stage interviews, with 2–3 interviews per day when possible. A commission structure complements a base salary, and 100% remote work is offered.

Qualifications

• Charismatic, confident communication is required.
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and tracking sheets.
• Basic to intermediate English for internal reporting and team communication.
• Experience in cold sales, telemarketing, sourcing, or recruitment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sourcing & Outreach: Source candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, networks, and job boards.
• Candidate Engagement: Reach out, present Assetara, answer questions.
• First-Stage Screening: 15–20 minute interviews to assess fit and motivation.
• Daily Interview Activity: 2–3 first-stage interviews per day when candidates are available.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain records and refer candidates to Regional Manager for final interviews.
• Compliance: Follow policies and privacy requirements in candidate communications.
