Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of all company products to guide subscribed clients precisely.
• Experience with CRM and private notes, ensuring data privacy and separation between client messages and internal notes.
• Strong communication skills to deliver professional, concise responses within official channels.
• Awareness of compliance, anti-fraud protocols, and handling client data per documented instructions.

Responsibilities

• Gain comprehensive product expertise to answer client queries accurately.
• Manage queues and SLAs via the Broker Dashboard to prioritize unread messages and risks.
• Provide concierge-level support and communicate exclusively within the official workspace.
• Maintain CRM and private notes with strict separation from client-facing messages.
• Review and edit AI-generated drafts before submission to clients.
• Escalate issues with clear operational justifications and appropriate actions.
