• Ability to design realistic marketing task briefs based on real work.
• Strong written communication and evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic task briefs based on marketing work you have personally performed.
• Define what each task is testing and the underlying problem.
• Specify required documents, dashboards, personas, datasets, and workflows.
• Develop or review reference answers showing strong practice.
• Create clear evaluation criteria to distinguish strong vs. plausible but incorrect approaches.
• Review AI agent attempts and evaluate against professional standards.
• Identify weaknesses in AI reasoning, execution, and decision-making.
• Provide evidence-based feedback explaining reasoning behind correct/incorrect approaches.
• Help refine tasks, rubrics, and evaluation frameworks.
