Job summary

Pramac, a Generac Company, invites a General Manager to lead its Gulf Region, focusing on Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. You will report to the Regional General Manager for APAC & Middle East and drive business development, sales operations, and manufacturing performance with a strong emphasis on profitability.

You will build and lead the local sales organization, align production capacity with market demand, and ensure operational excellence, quality, and sustainable growth across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales management and operational leadership in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of the power generation industry, including diesel and gas generator sets.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and complex business operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Gulf region with growth and customer focus.
• Build, lead, and develop the local sales organization and channel network.
• Position the 'Made in Saudi' portfolio and integrate solutions into a unified offering.
• Lead Bahrain manufacturing facility setup with quality, safety and efficiency standards.
• Manage full P&L across sales and production operations.
• Collaborate with R&D, supply chain and quality to align capacity with demand.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the business.
