Job summary

ZRVS in Bahrain is seeking a QS Engineer / Quantity Surveyor with 1–3 years of experience for villa and high-rise projects. You will handle estimation, BOQ preparation, and cost planning, reviewing drawings for accurate quantity take-offs.

The role is full-time and on-site in Bahrain, with housing, transportation, and visa support provided. Overtime and a weekly day off are included in the package.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying or civil management.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience on villa and high-rise construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project estimates, BOQs and cost plans.
• Review drawings for quantity take-offs.
• Prepare quantities from drawings and specs.
• Assist in project cost planning and budgeting.
• Review and analyse quantities and costs.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams on quantities and costs.
• Maintain QS records and project documentation.
• Support commercial and cost-control activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare project estimates, BOQs, and cost plans.
• Review architectural and structural drawings for quantity take-offs.
• Prepare quantities based on project drawings and specifications.
• Assist in project cost planning and budget preparation.
• Review and analyze construction quantities and costs.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams regarding quantities and costs.
• Maintain quantity surveying records and project documentation.
• Support commercial and cost-control activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
