Job summary

ZRVS in Bahrain is seeking a QS Engineer / Quantity Surveyor with villa and high-rise project experience to join our construction team.

You will prepare estimates, BOQs, and cost plans, review drawings, and coordinate with project teams; the ideal candidate holds a civil engineering or QS degree and has 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Management.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience on villa and high-rise construction projects.
• Estimation, BOQ preparation, cost planning, quantity take-off, architectural drawings, structural drawings.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project estimates, BOQs, and cost plans.
• Review architectural and structural drawings for quantity take-offs.
• Prepare quantities based on project drawings and specifications.
• Assist in project cost planning and budget preparation.
• Review and analyze construction quantities and costs.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams regarding quantities and costs.
• Maintain quantity surveying records and project documentation.
• Support commercial and cost-control activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Summary

A leading construction company in Bahrain is hiring a QS Engineer / Quantity Surveyor with experience in villa and high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, BOQ preparation, and cost planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare project estimates, BOQs, and cost plans.
• Review architectural and structural drawings for quantity take-offs.
• Prepare quantities based on project drawings and specifications.
• Assist in project cost planning and budget preparation.
• Review and analyze construction quantities and costs.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams regarding quantities and costs.
• Maintain quantity surveying records and project documentation.

Requirements
