Job summary

ZRVS is seeking a QS Engineer / Quantity Surveyor in Bahrain to lead estimation, BOQ preparation and cost planning for villa and high-rise projects. The role requires reviewing drawings, performing take-offs, and ensuring accurate quantities and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience, a Civil Engineering or related degree, and strong numerical skills to support budgeting and cost management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Management.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience on villa and high-rise construction projects.
• Experience in: Estimation, BOQ preparation, Cost planning, Quantity take-off, Architectural drawings, Structural drawings.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project estimates, BOQs, and cost plans.
• Review architectural and structural drawings for quantity take-offs.
• Prepare quantities based on project drawings and specifications.
• Assist in project cost planning and budget preparation.
• Review and analyze construction quantities and costs.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams regarding quantities and costs.
• Maintain quantity surveying records and project documentation.
• Support commercial and cost-control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
