Job summary

G. P. Zachariades Overseas in Bahrain seeks an experienced procurement professional to support site materials procurement and ensure timely delivery. You will review requisitions, coordinate with site teams, and manage supplier inquiries and quotations.

Responsibilities include producing comparison tables, arranging procurement negotiation meetings, and monitoring deliveries to uphold project timelines. A Civil/Architecture degree and 10+ years of experience (5+ in GCC) are required.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Total experience of at least 10 years, with 5+ years in GCC.
• Strong commercial/technical knowledge and outsourcing experience.

Main Duties

To check the requisition forms sent by site, to coordinate with the site if any details missing, to send the relevant enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors, to gather quotations, to produce comparison tables, to arrange negotiation meetings along with the Procurement Manager and to follow up materials deliveries.

• Minimum 10 years of total experience, with minimum 5 years of experience in any GCC countries.
