Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, supervise the service reception team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee daily reception operations for efficiency and professionalism.
• First point of contact for customers, provide a warm welcome and high level of service.
• Manage vehicle check-in/check-out documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for timely updates on vehicle status.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Manage appointment scheduling to optimize workshop flow and reduce waiting times.
• Handle administrative duties including payments, records, and daily reports.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
