Job summary

Invenio is seeking a capable project coordinator to support program management activities in our Bahrain office. You will coordinate resources, organize project meetings, and maintain artefact repositories with access control.

You will also prepare regular project status reports by coordinating with workstream leads and managers. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills to keep multiple initiatives aligned and on track.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Aptitude for working in a team environment and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with resourcing teams to coordinate, manage, and track resource allocations in the program.
• Organize and Led meetings to foster shared project approach and track project progress.
• Manage the configuration management database for projects.
• Prepare project status meeting reports by coordinating with workstream leads and managers.
• Regularly prepares status reports and ensures timely completion of timesheets.
