Job summary

invenioLSI is seeking an Associate Manager PMO in Bahrain to coordinate resources, lead project status meetings, and manage project artefacts. The role requires 3 to 6 years of relevant experience and involves overseeing risk documentation and quality assurance activities.

You will collaborate with resourcing teams, maintain access-controlled repositories, and ensure timely timesheet submissions across programs, while mentoring team members and tracking blockers to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with resourcing teams to coordinate, manage, and track resource allocations in the program.
• Organize and Led meetings to foster shared project approach and track project progress.
• Manage the configuration management database for projects.
• Maintain a shared repository for project artefacts and ensured access control is in place.
• Prepare project status meeting reports by coordinating with workstream leads and managers.
• Prepare timesheet report for various programs and ensured timely completion of timesheets by regular follow-ups.
• Resource Planning, Onboarding & Off boarding Process. Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all Team members.
• Oversee project progress and handle any issues that arise and work with project manager and team members by scheduling calls to eliminate blockers.
• Ensure all project related risks, and delays are documented.
• Support conduct of quarterly assurance functions and other quality assurance and control methods.
