Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience coordinating resources across programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with client-facing consulting.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, and control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and track resource allocations.
• Organize and lead meetings to track progress.
• Manage configuration management database for projects.
• Maintain repository for artefacts with access control.
• Prepare project status reports with workstream leads.
• Prepare timesheet reports and ensure timely submissions.
• Oversee progress and resolve blockers with the team.
• Document project risks and delays.
• Support quarterly assurance and QA activities.
• Communicate status to team members.
