Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
• 3–4 years of banking project management experience with Digital Banking.
• Experience delivering Waterfall and Agile projects, with transformation from Waterfall to Agile.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, and deliver projects within scope, time, and cost constraints.
• Liaise with stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams.
• Develop and implement project plans, milestones, and resource needs.
• Identify, escalate and mitigate risks; monitor project progress and quality.
• Prepare status reports and adjust schedules as required.
• Direct and coordinate project personnel to ensure timely delivery.
