Job summary

Advanced Search is seeking an Administrative professional to help grow its Grocery Store tMart, a cloud store concept delivering 30-minute delivery at competitive prices. You will manage content updates, product listings and promotions, and maintain supplier master files with accurate descriptions and pricing.

The role involves generating performance reports, updating supplier contracts, and coordinating team schedules to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience within data recording and the administrative field.
• You are very detail-oriented, structured and know how to prioritize -- you deliver solutions, not bottlenecks.
• Able to interact with senior-level executives and manage multiple stakeholders’ expectations.
• Energetic about the unknown and eager to learn daily on the job.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, hands-on with several tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day content updates, product listings, price changes and promotions.
• Maintain master file with up-to-date product descriptions, specs, images and prices; update Google Sheet for changes.
• Generate and analyze reports on product performance and supplier performance.
• Update supplier agreements, manage contracting processes and file documents for compliance.
• Prepare and coordinate team scheduling to support operational efficiency.
