• Experience in daily operations and managing multiple branches.
• Experience in staff management, recruitment, and training.
• Strong leadership, disciplined and well-organized.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently.
• Experience in increasing sales and reducing costs and waste.
• Strategic thinking for development and expansion.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and using management systems.
• Previous experience in car wash operations or multi-branch service businesses preferred.
• Fluency in English preferred.
• Valid driving license in Bahrain preferred.
