• Monitor daily performance, sales, and expenses across all locations.


• Ensure operational standards, cleanliness, and service quality are consistently maintained.


• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Staff Management & Development

• Manage and supervise all staff members, including recruitment, interviews, and training of new employees.


• Prepare work schedules, attendance, and leave plans to ensure adequate staffing levels.


• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to staff.


• Foster a positive and motivated work environment to maximize employee productivity and retention.

Maintenance, Equipment & Suppliers

• Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities across all branches.


• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.


• Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of necessary supplies and materials.

Customer Experience

• Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
