Job summary

ApplyMint, a diversified Bahraini group, seeks an experienced F&B Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, inventory, logistics and supplier management across multiple restaurant brands and locations.

You will optimize end-to-end operations, establish KPI-driven improvements, negotiate with suppliers on cost and terms, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with finance and operations to maintain cost discipline and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in a supply chain management role within F&B/hospitality.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
• Strong supplier negotiation and cost-management skills.
• Knowledge of Bahrain's local import regulations and supply chain landscape.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain across multiple brands and locations.
• Oversee procurement, demand planning, inventory, warehousing and distribution.
• Develop strategies to reduce costs and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and food regulations.
