Want More is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Muharraq-based sales team in Bahrain. The role focuses on driving growth, managing client relations, and achieving targets while coordinating with marketing, production, and finance to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings or events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.
• Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training and motivation.
• Identify new business opportunities by researching potential markets and customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations accordingly.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports for management review.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's products/services.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
