Job summary

Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, a luxury property within the Accor portfolio, seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant operations, guest experiences, and overall commercial performance. You will drive premium service, guest satisfaction, and financial results with a focus on excellence in a Banyan Tree-inspired luxury environment.

Lead a high-performing team, oversee recruitment, training, and performance, and collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B leadership

Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant Manager or GM in luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of premium dining operations.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving operational performance.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations delivering high-quality service.
• Create a warm, personalised dining experience for every guest.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the restaurant team.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance.
• Drive revenue, control costs, and monitor budgets.
• Ensure HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards are met.
