The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain is seeking an Assistant Restaurants Manager to support hotel outlets with leadership and guest-centric service excellence. You will collaborate with culinary teams to deliver flawless dining experiences, uphold Gold Standards, and drive high-quality food and beverage service across all outlets.

Requirements include 2+ years as an assistant manager, experience in an upscale restaurant, and a track record of luxury hotel operations.

Experience with an upscale restaurant.
8 years in hotel/F&B operations at luxury level.

Responsibilities

Maintains complete knowledge of daily group function schedules and room details.
Ensures compliance to local liquor laws and health dept requirements.
Plans for daily and long-range goals; communicates to staff.
Works with culinary team to ensure effective communication and service.
Reviews group resumes, staffing levels, and adjusts as needed.
Monitors guest satisfaction and handles complaints to maintain high service scores.
Develops staff through training and performance reviews.
Assists in outlets during peak periods and peak meal times.
