Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in F&B.
• 2-year accredited degree in a related hospitality field with 2 years of F&B experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in supervising daily shift operations and supports restaurant team in peak periods.
• Monitors staff performance and provides feedback to ensure service standards.
• Ensures compliance with restaurant policies and liquor laws.
• Opens and closes restaurant shifts as required.
• Interacts with guests to obtain feedback and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Provides information to supervisors and co-workers to resolve issues.

Education

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area

2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in F&B
