Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain in Bahrain seeks a Beverage & Guest Service Attendant to deliver premier service in a luxury outlet. You will present menus, explain daily specials, and ensure an outstanding dining experience for guests.

The role requires 1–2 years in a luxury setting, strong English, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Esteemed guest service and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Hospitality degree or diploma is preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of luxury hospitality experience.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Follow the outlet service sequence to ensure a high-quality beverage and dining experience.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and daily specials.
• Prepare the outlet for service according to SOP or manager instructions.
• Keep service stations clean, stocked and ready during service.
