Qualifications

• 8–10 years in internationally recognized 5-star luxury hotels across Europe.
• 6+ years leading Michelin-starred fine dining teams in Europe, Scandinavia, USA, or Asia Pacific.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences in high-end dining.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and wine knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining world-class service standards.

• Develop, mentor, and inspire high-performing service teams.
