Job summary

Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain is seeking a Hygiene Officer to uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation across all F&B and kitchen operations.

You will implement HACCP principles, conduct audits, train staff, and coordinate with culinary teams to maintain compliance with local regulations and Accor standards.

This role offers growth within a luxury hospitality group, with opportunities to contribute to sustainability initiatives and guest safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Microbiology, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
• HACCP certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of local and international food safety standards.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Implement HACCP principles and food safety protocols.
• Conduct routine hygiene audits and inspections in F&B outlets, kitchens, and storage areas.
• Monitor staff hygiene and equipment cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and Accor policies.
• Develop and deliver food safety and hygiene training.
• Report non-compliance and maintain inspection records.
• Coordinate with culinary and F&B teams on best practices
