Job summary

Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to lead a section in our fine dining kitchen. You will ensure the section runs smoothly, maintain high standards, and prepare dishes daily according to the menu and business needs.

Qualifications

2–3 years' experience in fine dining or luxury hotel kitchen.
Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience supervising a kitchen section.
Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP).
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Control the section and ensure smooth operation to Raffles standards.
Organize shifts with the Chef de Partie and manage mise-en-place.
Take orders from the Chef de Partie and execute them.
Maintain daily checklist for mise-en-place and storage; assist with transfers.
Attend meetings with the Chef de cuisine and Executive Chefs; uphold hygiene and safety policies.
Support team morale and ensure clean, organized work areas.
