Job summary

Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain is seeking a Hygiene Officer to uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation. The role will conduct inspections, implement training programs, and support all hotel departments in maintaining a safe environment for guests and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include HACCP implementation, hygiene audits, staff training, sanitation management, and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Microbiology, Hospitality Management or related field.
• HACCP certification is mandatory.
• Strong communication and training abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HACCP principles and food safety protocols.
• Conduct routine hygiene audits and inspections across outlets, kitchens, and storage areas.
• Develop and deliver food safety and hygiene training for staff.
• Oversee sanitation procedures and collaborate with pest control providers.
• Investigate hygiene-related issues and document corrective actions and reports.
