Qualifications

• A genuine love for culinary experiences and Japanese cuisine.
• Strong team collaboration and guest-oriented service mindset.
• Prior experience as a Commis Chef in a luxury/high-volume restaurant is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring.
• Handle basic cooking tasks such as grilling, frying, or baking under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize workstations while following hygiene standards.
