Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, portion, chop, and store foods per recipes and standards.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; monitor temperature of food and appliances.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen; report maintenance needs as required.
• Support team to reach common goals; communicate clearly and professionally.
