Advanced Search Group is seeking an experienced IT Manager for Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain to oversee IT operations and strategic projects. You will partner with hotel leadership to drive IT initiatives, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and align technology with business goals.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and fluency in English, with at least five years in a similar role, preferably in an international hotel brand.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in an international hotel brand.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to inspire and manage a team, provide clear direction and drive results.
• Fluency in English and strong stakeholder collaboration across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operational IT management and maintain relationships with Hotel GMs, EXCOM, HODs and key users.
• Lead budgeting and planning of IT expenditures, ensuring compliance with Accor IT policies.
• Develop business cases to justify IT investments and support approval processes.
• Provide regular status updates to GM and Area IT Director on IT posture.
• Initiate and manage IT projects, advising on strategic IT matters for the hotel.
• Ensure PCI DSS & GDPR compliance.
