Job summary

Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain seeks a proactive PR and Communications professional to elevate the hotel's visibility across Bahrain and the GCC. You will manage day-to-day media relations, influencer partnerships, and press activations for the hotel, F&B, Spa & Wellness and experiences, collaborating with the Marketing Manager and Commercial team.

With 3–5 years in PR or luxury hospitality, you will nurture strong media relationships, develop compelling press materials, and coordinate events

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in PR, communications or luxury lifestyle/hospitality.
• Strong existing relationships with Bahrain media, influencers and brands; GCC network is a strong advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day PR and communications across the hotel and its outlets.
• Build and maintain relationships with Bahrain media, editors, journalists, influencers, content creators and relevant personalities in Bahrain and the GCC.
• Proactively identify PR opportunities, partnerships and activations that strengthen the hotel's positioning.
• Develop and maintain Bahrain and GCC media and influencer databases.
• Draft and coordinate press releases, media alerts, invitations, fact sheets and other PR materials in line with Raffles brand standards.
• Coordinate media visits, influencer stays, interviews, photoshoots and hosted experiences, including deliverables and follow-up.
• Support PR activity for hotel experiences, restaurants, Spa & Wellness, events, seasonal campaigns and new launches.
• Build relationships with luxury, lifestyle, fashion, beauty and other brands for collaborations.
• Support planning and execution of media events, launches and PR activations.
• Pitch hotel stories and key personalities to local, regional and international media.
• Coordinate award submissions and luxury hospitality recognitions.
