Job summary

Citi Bahrain is seeking a Client Onboarding Analyst to monitor and refine customer accounts data across multiple systems, coordinating with teams to ensure accurate and timely updates. The role focuses on data quality and client service improvements while supporting policy adherence.

You will identify data gaps, assist in policy implementation, and guide junior staff, applying sound judgment to safeguard Citi's reputation and assets.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in client counterparty data management within a global financial services organization
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong MS Excel, teamwork, communication, and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day oversight and contribution to creation and maintenance of customer accounts data within multiple systems across multiple teams
• Identify opportunities for improvements to quality of data and client service levels
• Provide direction and guidance to team evaluating performance and identifying training requirements
• Responsible for the successful management and delivery of project initiatives and for the supervision of junior staff to ensure delivery of their tasks which contribute to the projects
