You will lead HR strategy, team development, recruitment, and organizational development in our dynamic catering operations spanning 40+ locations. This is a leadership opportunity with professional growth potential in a growing organization.

Required: 5+ years HR experience in F&B/hospitality. Strong leadership, knowledge of Bahrain labour laws, and proven recruitment background.

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Bahrain labour laws
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with regulations

Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HR management experience in F&B, hospitality, or catering industry
• Deep knowledge of Bahrain labour law and employment regulations
• Proven experience managing large teams and multi-site operations
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities

NiceToHave

• SHRM certification or equivalent HR qualification
• Experience in institutional catering or food service industry
• Proficient in using Odoo ERP for HR operations, including employee records, attendance, leave management, recruitment, and payroll support.
• Experience in organizational restructuring or change management
• Background in employee relations and conflict resolution
