Food City W.L.L. is a Bahrain-based institutional catering leader delivering over 10,000 meals daily from our Ma'ameer Kitchen facility, serving schools, labour camps, healthcare facilities and corporate sites across the kingdom.

We are hiring for a food technology-focused role to drive product development for healthy snacks, fortified meals and functional beverages, while maintaining rigorous food safety standards and scalable production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Technology, Food Science, or Nutrition.
• Proven product development experience in healthy snacks or functional foods.
• Strong HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with nutritionally fortified meals or infused waters.

Responsabilités

• Product formulation and testing for healthy snacks, functional juices, and fortified meals.
• Conduct shelf-life testing and sensory evaluation.
• Ensure strict food safety, HACCP, and GMP compliance across operations.
• Scale up recipes from R&D laboratory to commercial production.
• Perform market trends analysis to support clean-label innovation.
